Fantasy Half Timber House

This is the largest single item I have produced for a commission  so far, and probably the most time consuming.

I was given the brief to make a half timber, fantasy style house. It had to be huge and it had to look like it couldn’t exist in the real world!

This piece was very fun because it was a challenge to make. Every part is scratch built, including individually hand cut and placed tiles!

Other than the general brief given I was given free reign over the project. The customer didn’t even want a concept sketch for this one, he wanted it to be a complete surprise!
